Oral communications will consist of a 15-minute presentation of your work, followed by a 2-minute question period, in a chaired session with other presenters.
Posters will be displayed alongside others according to the thematic session you have chosen. The organization will inform the presenting author, in due time, of the date and time they need to be available to discuss any matters related to their poster with other colleagues participating in the conference.
The standard size for posters will be A0 - 84,1 cm wide x 118,9 cm high (33,1 inches x 46,8 inches). All posters will be presented physically and hanged in the designated space.

Poster authors attending in person should arrange to have a PRINTED A0 version of their poster PDF printed to be displayed onsite at the Symposium.
