ABSTRACTS GUIDELINES
  • Abstracts must be submitted through the online form you will find on this web page.

  • Abstracts will only be accepted in English.

  • The abstract will be submitted under the complete acceptance of the submission criteria.

  • 12TH ISFFEI Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject any abstract, if it does not meet these criteria.

  • Abstracts should be 1 A4 page maximum, in MS Word format and with 3 cm margin. The font type should be Times New Roman and the font size 12.

  • Abstracts should include a title (centred, in capital and font size 12 bold, no full stop), authors' names (First name/Given name and Last name/Surname) with the principal or corresponding author in bold and affiliation for each author with a mailing address for the corresponding author.

  • The abstracts will be submitted according to the abstract template you will find on this web page. Please upload your abstract

  • The presenting author shall indicate the presentation format: oral communication or poster. However, the Scientific Committee will decide over the final format.

  • Oral communications will consist of a 15-minute presentation of your work, followed by a 2-minute question period, in a chaired session with other presenters.

  • Posters will be displayed alongside others according to the thematic session you have chosen. The organization will inform the presenting author, in due time, of the date and time they need to be available to discuss any matters related to their poster with other colleagues participating in the conference.

  • The standard size for posters will be 90 cm wide x 120 cm high (36 inches x 47 inches). The Organizing Committee may decide to switch to electronic posters. In this case, the authors will be informed in due time.

  • The presenting Author must choose one of the listed thematic sessions.
