The Complexe Horticole d’Agadir will provide a shuttle service from the airport to the following hotels (please inform the staff at the airport): Agadir Beach Club Hotel, Odysses Park Hotel, Dominium Palace Hotel, Royal Mirage.
Upon arrival at the airport terminal, please look for the conference logo in the arrivals hall. Our staff will guide you to the shuttle pick-up point.
Taxis are also readily available at the Airport should you prefer to travel to your hotel independently.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Please upload your oral presentation using the link available on the homepage of the official website before the conference begins. This will help ensure the smooth running of the Symposium.
If you are unable to upload your presentation in advance, please submit it to the Scientific Secretariat at least 2 hours before your scheduled presentation time.
The presentation hall will be fully equipped with all necessary facilities. Please note that the use of personal laptops is not permitted; presentations must be delivered using the computer provided at the lectern.
If your presentation includes videos or other audiovisual materials, we kindly ask you to test them in advance with the Scientific Secretariat.
POSTERS
Each poster author is responsible for printing and displaying their own poster.
Posters will be displayed according to the schedule outlined in the official poster program.
In the poster hall, you will find panels labeled with the corresponding ID codes (please check the program to identify your assigned code).
2 staff members will be available in the hall to assist you with hanging your poster if required.
Posters must be displayed in accordance with the sessions indicated in the official program.
WIFI
The CHA will provide an open wifi for all participants at the Conference Venue
LUNCHES
Lunches will take place at the CHA at the time set on the official program
For organization reasons each person will have a table assign. The table number will be indicated on the badge.
