  • Cancelling more than 10 days before the conference starts:
    full refund of the amount paid

  • Cancelling less than 10 days before the conference starts:
    50% cancellation penalty

  • Cancelling the day the conference starts or during the conference:
    no refund of the registration fee

  • Cancellations must be made by email to the technical secretariat

  • We inform you that, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation, the data included in each form will be processed by the Technical Secretariat of the 12th International Symposium on Fruit Flies of Economic Importance to manage your participation, on behalf of the CHA - IAV Hassan II.
